BlueStar named in Deloitte's 'Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2008' Award for a Second Successive Year
China Beijing, Dec. 15th—BlueStar SecuTech Inc. (AIM: BSST), a leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China, is pleased to announce that it has been recognised in Deloitte's "Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2008" Awards for the second successive year.
The survey features the fastest 500 growing technology companies in the Asia Pacific region which includes Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. The companies featured in the Technology Fast 500 list are those with the highest revenue growth over the previous three years.
Deloitte announced that winners of its 'Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2008' Awards experienced the most growth out of all the other industries and suggested that the Technology sector is holding up while other industries and markets have been struggling amid a global economic downturn. In its recent Interim Results, BlueStar reported year-on-year revenue growth of 64%.
Commenting on the award, Xiao Gang, Chief Executive of BlueStar SecuTech said:
